1. Overview

Euro Finance (WERC) is a euro-themed, multi-chain DeFi asset deployed on BNB Smart Chain and Arbitrum One. The token is designed for transfers, liquidity provision, and other DeFi use cases, while explicitly avoiding any representation as an official or collateralized EUR stablecoin.

This document summarizes the core concept of the project, the main technical parameters, and a high-level tokenomics structure. It is intentionally concise and may be extended with more detailed documentation, audits, and governance proposals in future versions.
